Handles customer complaints, and solicits the support of a supervisor as necessary.Maintains crowd control and traffic flow on and around the property.Prepares reports as required and directed by Security management.Works in partnership with the Surveillance Department to ensure protection of customers, employees, and company funds and assets.Participates in testing and implementing emergency procedures, evacuation plans, etc.Follows procedures for activities including fire prevention, traffic control, protecting/patrolling the property, and investigations of accidents and suspected criminal activities.Responds immediately to emergencies to give necessary assistance to customers, employees, and to protect the company's assets relative to fire, theft burglary, assault and other security issues.
